This is a very inexpensive glass reagent bottle with a stopper.
Recently, there are hardly any factories in Japan that can produce blown glass items. It has also become difficult to obtain jointed glass reagent bottles. Economy glass reagent bottles are imported products but are very inexpensive. They are made of ordinary quality glass (JR3). They are not heat-resistant glass, so they cannot be heated, but they can be used sufficiently as containers just like traditional reagent bottles.
